[Plugin: WordPress Reset] "insufficient permissions" error on activate

On activation, I get a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” message for /wp-admin/tools.php?page=wp-reset
Logged in as administrator, wordpress installed in a subdirectory, plugin zip uploaded via plugin manager.
