The reply is quite late now, as I have already contacted the https://www.solostream.com from where I had purchased one theme…
I contacted them and they helped me regarding this issue and now the things are quite rolling…
You did not mentioned about installing library plugin alongwith your popular post plugin, due to this only the problem was created…but now its solved…
