    Hi there,

Some other users have reported similar issues in the past, however none have provided a Slow Queries log. If possible, could you please share it with me so I can take a look at it? Maybe I could be able to identify which queries are slowing down your site and optimize them. Otherwise there’s not much I can do from here.

While analysing page load through pingdom.com, I noticed that admin-ajax.php was being called with every post. It (admin-ajax.php) was taking more than 500ms to load.

After I switched to Recently Popular plugin, admin-ajax.php has stopped loading on non-admin/public pages. I am using W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache on two of my sites with Thesis theme.

Héctor, could you please offer some help?

Yes, of course. The admin-ajax.php file is used by my plugin to update each post/page view via Ajax. Not really sure as to why it causes such a delay on your site as it simply updates to the database and nothing more.

Anyways I’ll take another look into it, maybe I’m missing something obvious.

    Thanks for reporting, Saleem!
