    Answer is modifiying line 194 as follow

    $permalink = get_permalink($wppost->ID);
    $post_link ='<a href="' . $permalink . '" title="">' . "Lire la suite..." . '</a>';
    $post_content = "<span class=\"wpp-excerpt\">" . $this->get_summary($wppost->ID, $summoner) . "<span class=\"wpp-link\">" . $post_link . "</span>". "</span>";
