• Hi There,

I am using wordpress nextgen galleryview to display galleries from the nextgen gallery plugin.

I can’t get the captions below the filmstrip to display. The script is creating a div with the class “caption” inside the filmstrip frames, but the div is empty. When I view the source code it shows that there is nothing inside the div. It appears that the script is not actually getting the image titles. I can, however get the title and description to display in the panel-overlay perfectly. I have only been modifying the galleryview.css file and I’m not running any other javascript libraries anywhere else on the site.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Could it be a version issue with the latest release of wordpress?

    Thanks for any help.

  • Hi There,
I have the same issue, i am desperately trying to show captions under the filmstrip thumbnails.

    <div class="caption" style="position: absolute; top: 90px; left: 0pt; margin: 0pt; width: 90px; padding: 0pt; height: 20px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 20px;"></div>

As you can see the filmstrip caption DIV is blank

    Is that working for anyone?
