Plugin: WordPress MU Sitewide Tags error

I am having some trouble getting WordPress MU Sitewide Tags plugin by Donncha to work.

When I publish a post, it is not publishing on the main blog. I installed the plugin, set the options and got no errors in wordpress. BUT when I post an article, I get an error in my error logs:

I just don’t know what this means or where to start with respect to resolving the issue.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
