    Hello!

Great plugin, thanks for making this all possible!

I’ve used WordPress-Move to migrate all my data from local to a remote server. All went well on the local side. Now, when I’m completing the migration on the server, I get the following:

    “Completing Migration
    Backup-13475707221.zip is being extracted…”

It takes a long time, it’s been running it for an hour or so. Is this normal?

I’m not a veteran when it comes to these kind of operations, so I could be just impatient. It was approx. 140 megabytes of data (a lot of pictures). Could the server of my web hosting be rather slow? Or could something else be the matter?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Ian.

P.S. the database zip-file extracted fine when I did this separately.

Update: Apparently my web host made it impossible to change execution rights in the default wordpress installation folder. Installing it manually in a different directory solved this problem.

Migration went ok, zip files extracted, but all links are 404 errors, just the homepage is visible. Content and pages are visible in dashboard though, so they all moved ok.

Anybody an idea how to fix the links issue?

Update 2: Syncing the .htaccess file via controlpanel solved all permalink issues.

Everything is working fine, thanks for the plugin!
