[Plugin: WordPress Move] Plugin Settings Encrypted Pointers

I’ve tried a number of tools to move wordpress and found two issues with them. URLs in bodies of posts and or text widgets don’t change and plugins do not restore correctly. Does this plugin handle the plugin issues (plugins that encrypt or use time generated pointers to work correctly)? Not sure I’m using the right term here.
