[Plugin: WordPress Move] New Site Redirects to Original Site Help!

    Hello, I used WP MOVE to copy repderricksmith.com to govstrategicsolutions.net/WP. The move was successful, however, now when I enter govstrategicsolutions.net/WP, it first comes up with a 404 error on the home page, then redirects to homepage for repderricksmith.com. It does the same when attempting to get to the admin panel, it redirects to the admin panel for repderricksmith.com.

    Can you assist me with this error?

    One additional important point: the folder for repderricksmith.com was actually in repderricksmith.com/wordpress but I changed it so that the site url is the root, repderricksmith.com (wordpress url is repderricksmith.com/wordpress).

    Solved my problem. The wp-config file pointed to the old database, not the database for the new server.
