Sincerely sorry for the late reply.

The JS file tree is not capable of handling too many files. Will provide another option for installations that have too many files, in the upcoming releases.

    Is this solved yet?

I am actually having the same thing.

I wonder what’s the need for the JS file tree? To show files in the browser? Isn’t that not-necessary?

I’m sure I’ll have this solved before I get a reply,

    but thanks anyway.

Okay – solved indeed and I found what was making the file tree too big.

Quite obvious actually, once I remembered.

My soon-to-be-ex webhost has the lousy configuration on their Cpanel that so-called “addon domains” go under the “public_html” folder as a subfolder (unless you remember to change the default).

So, WordPress Move was looking at the tree of my main site + about 20 others. Crazy!

I took those folders away, and WordPress Move worked fine.

    I’m grateful!
