[Plugin: WordPress Move] godaddy 500 error

trying to use wp move to create a backup on a site hosted at godaddy and getting a godaddy error page (500).
I’ve used wp move many times before without any problems but never from a site hosted at godaddy. It’s also a decent size site with a 18mb database. it gets the database backed up but only gets started with the rest of the site. I get one zip file.
