[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Switch site link does not work

Hi, on my page https://yabasta.cz/klimas/ Switch site link does not work properly, it links to “http:///klimas/?wpmp_switcher=mobile” which does not exist. Can you please correct it or advice me how to correct it? Thanks Klimas
