[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] only works when logged in

    i recently installed the wordpress mobile pack. i used an iphone to check if the plugin worked and upon loading the page, it appeared as the desktop theme instead of the mobile theme. i tried loggin in with my admin id, and then it worked.

    what can i adjust so that the mobile theme will appear when browsing with a mobile phone?
