[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Mobile Themes not loading w/stylesheets in Theme folder

I have installed and reinstalled Word Press Mobile Pack using the WP built in Plug Installer. Once activated, the mobile theme files show up under /httpdocs/blog/wp-content/themes/mobile_pack_base (along with the other mobile theme colors) but there is nothing in the folders and so I get an error message when looking the themes area in WP admin that says:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
mobile_pack_base Stylesheet is missing.
mobile_pack_blue Stylesheet is missing.
mobile_pack_green Stylesheet is missing.
mobile_pack_red Stylesheet is missing.

Also of course they are not showing up in the mobile switcher panel as a theme option. Also if I try to click on the themes or widgets links from the plugin listing within WP Admin I receive the following message:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I didn’t know if this is simply because the themes are active or something else is going on.
