[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Avoid PercentMobile for Commercial Sites ($99 per month)

WPMP users are welcome to use the Starter Edition as specified below for personal OR limited commercial use for FREE. These are the reports we have ALWAYS provided to WPMP users.

The update below was sent via email and reflects a necessary re-labeling of account editions and a beneficial clarification of use.

You guys are great! Your immediate feedback concerning the 2 account levels we released yesterday made it clear to us that we needed to relabel the account types and make our intentions clear. As such, we are renaming the accounts types, relaxing the conditions, and in the process hopefully addressing your concerns and suggestions.

Personal Edition is NOW Starter Edition. Commercial Edition is NOW Professional Edition
Our original intent was that the home-based/small business, blogger making ad revenue, or the independent business owner selling goods online with a limited number of page views could select Personal Edition. That was not obvious. As such, a number of you thought you were compelled to jump into a paid account. Not our intent. We wanted everyone to continue to receive the same FREE reports they have been receiving all along with the addition of some reasonable traffic limits. We trust this is satisfactorily corrected with the new account labels and conditions listed below.

Starter Edition (formerly Personal Edition)
Each Personal Edition account comes with FREE, complete, and easy to understand mobile analytics reports. These are the reports we have ALWAYS provided but with the addition of trending across your various data points. With this account level you can now also choose to add additional paid subscriptions on the site report level for features such as an extended calendar, export, and saved reports.

Choose Starter Edition if:

• You are creating this account for personal or limited commercial use.

AND

• You have a reasonable number of events per month, currently set at up to 100,000 events but may be increased in the future. One event equals one desktop or mobile page view or action sent to PercentMobile.

Professional Edition (formerly Commercial Edition)
Professional Edition accounts start at $99.00 per month. FREE 30-day trial. No credit card necessary. Professional Edition accounts and all the sites added within the account come complete with features such as extended calendar, export, saved reports, and a new account-level report that aggregates all of your site reports.

Choose Professional Edition if:

• You are creating this account for a commercial organization, enterprise, or brand.
• You may require an SLA or Professional Services.
• You have a significant number of events per month; choose from up to 100,000 events and higher. One event equals one desktop or mobile page view or action sent to PercentMobile.

OR

• You are a charitable or non-profit organization and wish PercentMobile to make a donation of its services.

What do I need to do?
If you have already selected a plan over the last day or so you do not need to do anything. If you previously selected Personal Plan, it will now be referred as Starter Plan, and you will benefit from the more liberal and clear conditions. If you have not yet selected a plan, sign in here and after clicking your “View Account” button you will be prompted to make your account selection.
