[Plugin: WordPress Menu Order] WP Menu Plugin

I installed per instructions. When in the menu order screen I see nothing but a list of dead hyperlinks. There is one for each of my pages, and above each it says Expand/Collapse. Nothing that I click takes me anywhere. Total waste of my time.
