[Plugin: WordPress Importer Extended] Importing Setting

Just used the WordPress Importer Extended and was not offered an option to import the data settings. My theme package gave those instructions. If this has been authomatically taken care of, the user should be given an opportunity to opt out. If not, then the user should be given the option to have the settings imported.
