[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Upgrade = lost all featured images

I have just upgraded to latest verion of https and lost all featured images. Have an art site (mattscanvas.co.uk) so these really matter!
Is there a way to revert back to previous version for now?
De-activating plug resolves issue, but not ideal obviously. Any help ‘greatly’ appreciated!
