[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] "Unable to parse URL" in error_log

  • I’m using the latest version, 3.1.2, and have started getting the following message in my error_log:

    [15-Sep-2012 15:07:33] PHP Warning: parse_url(https:///) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /(actual path hidden for privacy)/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS.php on line 197

    This is logged several times a day, and I can’t find any issues on the front end but would like to figure out how to resolve the errors in case they are affecting other visitors. Any suggestions?
