[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)

I tried to update the plugin via the dashboard but it was unable to remove the old version so I network deactivated the HTTPS Plugin but unfortunately got the HTTP Error 500 server error. I am unable to log in to the dashboard, the message I receive is:
“The website encountered an error while retrieving https://webento.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.webento.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.”I deleted the plugin via FTP, still got error, then installed new updated version and I am still getting the error. I do run cloudflare but have disabled it. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you.
