• I have a dedicated SSL certificate for the site.
I am having only certain pages of the site come up as 404 not found – it seems to be affecting all pages that are child pages (so top level pages work but 2nd level pages come back as 404 not found). If I turn off custom permalinks the pages display fine. If I deactivate WordPress HTTP plugin the pages display normally using custom permalinks.

This started after I upgraded the site to WP 3.4.2 and the plugin to 3.1.2

The site error log has the following lines which may relate to this issue:
[21-Sep-2012 23:09:31] PHP Warning: parse_url(https:///) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS/Module/Filters.php on line 205
