[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array

Every time someone/thing reaches the WP network, I get this in the logs:
PHP Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS/Module/Parser.php on line 212Any ideas on why?
