Here are the items causing issues:

The first one can be fixed by changing your CSS from background-image:url('https://changegroupcounseling.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/CGHeader4.png'); to background-image:url('/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/CGHeader4.png');.

For the second, I would just download it and host it locally.

That should clear everything up. ??

Fixed the footer widget graphic (https://i56.tinypic.com/30msizt.jpg).

But oddly, when I cut and pasted background-image:url('/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/CGHeader4.png'); to replace the previous code, it killed the background graphic. when i recut and paste the original code it too refuses to display.

thoughts?
