    I’m not sure I follow you. Do you mean a source other than Google Forms or would the form come from something like Hosted Google Docs?

    Off the top of my head I don’t really see why not. Have you tried it? The server where WordPress is running needs to be able to post to the machine where the form is hosted. It usea whatever URL is supplied in the form argument. That said, all I really have to try and test it with would be my Domain that I use for our family email which using hosted GMail. Are you using the free version of Google Aps or Google Aps for business? I am not sure it matters but it might.

    I am using google apps for business, I would like to keep the forms within the organization and NOT make them public is this possible?

    In order for the plugin to work, the server running WordPress must be able to access the URL for the Google Form as it reads the form content using WordPress’ HTTP API. The form has to be published but doesn’t have to be public. I have my set for “Anyone with the link” permission.

    My suggestion would be to try it and see if it works. I don’t know how Google Docs for Business restricts access to information outside of the domain.
