    About the only thing I can think of off the top of my head would be to use the CSS3 text-replace on the Submit input tag. I am not sure it will work though as I played with it in Firebug real quickly and couldn’t get it to work.

    The only other option would be to manipulate the HTML before rendering it and that opens up a big bag of issues when you consider the language implications.
