    Hi,
    First of all, thanks for this great plugin. The best form manager I have seen.

    I am trying to use custom emails but I cant seem to get the fields on my form to show. I am sure I am missing something obvious but I just cant spot it. My notifications box contaings the following:

    @start
    To: [admin email]
    From: IT Intranet New Problem Ticket <[email protected]>
    Subject: [item subject]

    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-type: text/html

    @message start
    [template summary]
    [dept]

    @message end
    @end

    The dept field just shows as “[dept] rather than the entry the user made on the form. “dept” is a nickname but I cant get it to show when I put the full name of the field in either! Can anyone advise where I am going wrong?

    Thanks

    The shortcode for showing data is ‘item’, so try [item dept].

    Thank you very much for responding so quickly – it all works perfectly now. Not sure how I missed that in the documentation I read – but I did!

    Cheers.

    Sorry for my English but I have my friend google translate to help me ??
    First of all I congratulate you for the plugin
    I have a problem:
    when I returned the email notification I print these items:

    Upload “title form”

    Submitted by: ???????,

    IP: # # # # # # #
    Upload file: “file loaded”
    I would like to kindly let me explain how I can display the user that sent the form and remove “IP”
    THANK YOU SO MUCH
