[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] nicknames doesnt work

hi in items name I put really long things to describe the inside of the field

then I go to advanced setings in the form to set nicknames …
so I have then IN EXPORTED CSV only nicknames (short version)
its reasonable but its not working

in form on web > here put your name so I know where to answer
in contact form CSV > NAME

reasonable ??
