[Plugin: WordPress Font Uploader Free] stopped working

  • Anyone else having a problem with this plugin? I am a designer and have this installed on MANY sites and, while current settings are safe, if the plugin is accessed no options are available and there is a blank screen where the normal “upload font” screen would be.

    I thought that maybe the “free” version was removed but can’t find any data to back that up.

    Anyhelp is GREATLY appreciated!

  • I had the same issue. I updated to the new version yesterday and it completely stopped working. The plugin and font files were overwritten on my FTP site. I ended up having to revert back to the last backed up version (1.2.2) and got it working again. Majorly annoying! I’m posting on Pippin’s support forum as well… I recommend you do the same.

    Oh wait, nevermind. I got confused between the free and premium versions.

    Hey, sorry about the annoyance. I failed to realize that upgrading would cause the fonts to get over written. Really dumb on my part.

    Here’s what you need to do:

    1. Download your fonts
    2. Upgrade to the latest version to fix the error
    3. Reupload your fonts via the plugin or via FTP. Fonts are stored in font-uploader/fonts
