[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] Include Size and Author by Default?

Hello,

I just went through all of my download items and added custom fields for Author and Size, It’s slow and manual, is there a way of having these two fields add onto the Single Download Page by default?

Secondly, is it possible to view thumbnails in category view?
