[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] Deleting (clearing) pages of downloaded files

When using the “add directory” option, the wrong (relative) file path was accidentally scanned and basically added (dumped) my entire server drives files into the scan resulting in numerous pages of downloads being added.

is there a way to clear or delete them all at once? (not one page at a time via bulk delete check box) or can the program be started over and cleared with zero data like a new install? I tried deactivating and uninstalling program, then re-installing and activating but it still shows the same pages and files. Bulk action delete only does one page at a time! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
