    if you cannot find the config page, have you got multisite enabled?
    if all else fails there is always the quick and dirty method to disable ANY plugin
    DELETE it with a FTP tool, next time you access any backend page that in hits any tied in element of the plugging – your site will give and erro telling you the plugin has been disabled since the plugin file cannot be found

    I am using multisite…

    I had the plugin disabled already, but the main problem is I’m stuck with a developer version of WP (3.4-alpha), when I just want to go back to a stable 3.3 release. Updating WP core, since I had at one point chosen bleeding edge nightlies form the Beta Tester plugin, just gets me the latest nighlty build…
