[Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] If i need to use the backup how do i restore wordpress?

If my blogg goes down and i need to restore it? What should i do then? My files will be backed up in dropbox, but what steps do i need to take to get it back up working? Is there a restore or somthing in your plugin or is it manual ? If manual how do i do it?
