[Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] Having trouble uploading files to Dropbox

    Hello there,

    Thanks for the great plugin (I am hearing the best about it) however I have not manage to make it work for my site.

    I have authenticated with Dropbox and I have selected only my theme to be backed up once a week. I have tryied both the manual and the scheduled Backup but no luck. I am getting the following errors:

    Backup error on 2012-06-15 at 08:37:19: Exception – The backup is having trouble uploading files to Dropbox, it has failed 10 times and is aborting the backup.
    Backup warning on 2012-06-15 at 08:37:19: There was an error uploading ‘/home/www/xxx/wp-content/themes/ncaTheme/index-post-grid.php’ to Dropbox
    Backup warning on 2012-06-15 at 08:37:13: There was an error uploading ‘/home/www/xxx/wp-content/themes/ncaTheme/index-category-list-two.php’ to Dropbox
    Backup warning on 2012-06-15 at 08:37:08: There was an error uploading ‘/home/www/xxx/wp-content/themes/ncaTheme/index-category-list-one.php’ to Dropbox

    I checked the folder within my server and the backup file contains only the database. My dropbox folder is empty. I checked my servers outgoing connections and no problem reported there.

    I would love to make this plugin to work because it is exactly what I wanted a plugin to be.

    The updated Dropbox PHP API does not give much visibility of errors. I need to make some changes so it can a more verbose error message.

    Do you have the same issues with 1.1?

    I was wondering if there was any progress in this issue? I am getting the same error. It uploads folders; wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes. All the other files fail. Nice plugin otherwise and thanks for your dedication.

    The error could have been to do with Dropbox rate limiting.

    I made some changes in the recent release. Do you get the same problem with 1.2?

    I am using version 1.2 and it is doing the same thing for me. I just downloaded this yesterday. I re-installed to no avail.
    Is there a fix?

    What operating system is your server?
    What PHP and WordPress version are you using?
