The plugin works very well, thank you. There are, however, some error messages and I’m not sure what they mean. I’m using v1.0 on WordPress 3.3.2, with PHP 5.2.4. In the Backup Settings page, under Excluded Files and Directories, these two messages appear:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/..) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-backup-to-dropbox/Views/wp-backup-to-dropbox-file-tree.php on line 34

Then the various folders within the /httpdocs/ directory are listed. And then:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/..) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/[BLOGNAME]/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-backup-to-dropbox/Views/wp-backup-to-dropbox-file-tree.php on line 53

Underneath this, the individual files within the /httpdocs/ directory are listed:

    Any idea what this is?

    Thanks!

    Gday C,

That bug has been baffling me for some time. Im not sure how, but my pre coffee morning brain managed to finally work out what the issue was.

I have pushed the change to the plugin directory, please uninstall and re-install via WordPress and let me know if it is fixed.

    Cheers,
    Mikey
