When using the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin, I found that it only upgraded one WP installation and refused to upgrade the others, believing that they were already upgraded.

I have multiple WP installations that share the same database, but have different table prefixes.

Edit: On the other hand, the other installations don’t yet say “please upgrade to 2.6.2” yet, so *waits patiently for whatever cron job it is that’s involved*

One of the installations just got upgradeable, and indeed, upgraded flawlessly.

Excellent plugin, and saves a lot of headache. And works with multiple installs that share the same database. ??

Hmmm. I have this set up too, when i upgraded to 2.6.1 it asked me to upgrade each blog’s database as I logged in to them one by one, and it did all of ’em just fine.
