[Plugin: WordPress-Amazon-Associate] Can't get any of the widgets to work

Hi – I can’t get any of the widgets to do anything, not even display title text. The preview is blank. I’ve set up my Amazon Associate info in the Dashboard, and been validated; and I believe I’ve done all the settings correctly.

(Separately, I also tried to create a Carousel on Amazon Associate site and put the code into a php-enabled Text/HTML widget, with no luck either. I really was hoping your widget would be functional, because I’ve reached the limit of my very basic knowledge.)
