[Plugin: WordPress Admin Bar] ADmin bar not appearing

  • Hey,

    I installed the WordPress Admin bar on my new site https://www.thisisfreelance.com but it doesn’t seem to be appearing. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I would really like to get this plugin up and running on my site, but when I am logged in as an admin or an author at the moment a space appears for the bar, but the bar does not come up.

    Just as an FYI, the admin bar is included in WordPress 3.1, so if you can wait (or want to be daring and use the WordPress 3.1 release candidate), it’ll be there soon.

    Ahh I might just hang on then, I am looking for as stable as possible, so a wordpress release would be my preference!

    Sounds like your theme is missing the required <?php wp_footer(); ?> hook, so the admin bar in 3.1 won’t work for you either.
