[Plugin: WordCycle] jQuery conflicting issue

I found this plugin conflicting with this line at header.php:

<script src=”<?php echo get_template_directory_uri(); ?>/scripts/jquery-1.7.2.min.js”></script>

I tried to solve this issue with no success.
