In main WB setting
Default publish to Facebook,
Override publication window
Republish post if edited then n days agoare all unchecked.
If I wish to publish a post to FB I check only Publish post to FB on a per post basis and after publishing I uncheck it again. For those posts Force republish post to FB on edit is also unchecked. However on adding a category to a previously FB published post, the post is republished to FB.
