Facebook don’t support html within wall posts so you can make Wordbooker post a very long extract (i.e. all the post) but links, images etc will be stripped from it.

Sorry, I am confused, and a relative newbie to FB. I can certainly post URLs and pictures directly on Facebook to someone’s wall/timeline. Are you saying there is something special about posts through whatever mechanism is under the hood of wordbooker?

The GRAPH API used by Wordbooker and just about every other app that works against Facebook does not support anything more than raw text in the body of the wall post. They used to support 5 thumbnail images per post but reduced that to one.

The Idea of Wordbooker is to draw people to your blog by making people on Facebook aware that you’ve made a post.

Thanks very much for the explanation. This isn’t a piece of information that is easy to come by for any of the tools that offer this kind of capability, and it explains my lack of success with any of them. You are the first to have been so clear about it.

    Glad I could help.
