[Plugin: WooCommerce] Restrict orders of certain products to certain states?

  • So I’ve been looking for a free plugin, or some way to restrict WooCommerce sales on specific products TO specific states.
    Nothing I’ve found has really turned up any results.

    Example:
    Let’s say oranges can’t be shipped to Louisiana or Kentucky. I still want to sell oranges from my site – but if someone enters Louisiana or Kentucky in their shipping address on checkout, it doesn’t let them create the order and a notice shows up on the page that that item is not able to be shipped to that state.

  • I am needing the same information and from my research I have come to the conclusion that this can be accomplished with the shipping validation rules plug in for woocommerce. From what I gather it should be pretty straight forward ihere might be a slight twist. Were you able to get the shipping squared away? If so would you mind sharing?
