[Plugin: WooCommerce Print Invoices & Delivery Notes] Stuck in queue

Using Hp photosmart all in one printer, I cannot print invoices. I have successfully printed from a different printer(at work), and can print everything else from my printer except from here. I don’t understand why it remains in queue and will not print from this printer. Any ideas on why? Using chrome, tried with and without print preview. Tried Internet Explorer, no go either. I’m hoping maybe this has happened to someone else who has an easy answer to this issue…i gotta be able to print the invoices from home. Thanks
