[Plugin WooCommerce] Force user fill address before checkout

Hello,

I wish to acomplish this:

1) Force the user to fill the billing and shipping address as soon as he register/login for the first time (inside my-account page)
2) He can’t go to checkout page if addresses are not filled (if checkout and address not filled redirect to my-account/edit-address and show msg to fill them)
3) If client change the zip code inside checkout page, after moving (TAB or CLICK) to another field, CHECKOUT button will change caption to REFRESH CART and change function to refresh page (save new data to address and refresh), after refresh checkout button caption and function returns to normal.

Can someone please help me?
