[Plugin: WooCommerce] first name entered twice?

I reviewed some orders received today.

Then I noticed two customers had entered their first name twice.

The order shows up as “jimmy jimmy” and “marc marc”

I am sure the first and last name usually can’t be the same. This never happened to my customers before.

Now, seeing that symptom twice today makes me wonder if there is some kind of error that woocommerce is processing last name as first name?? I am trying to find a clue as how or where to start troubleshooting this?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
