• Hello!

I installed WooCommerce Stripe Gateway extension and when I activated it my site went down and I can’t see anything (admin page and/or front page). I have to delete the Stripe extension folder (via FTP) to make the site work again.

I already tested using Twenty Eleven, also deactivated all plugins and it doesn’t work, except when I deactivate WooCommerce.

I’m using WP 3.4.2 (with a custom theme), WooCommerce 1.6.5.2, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 1.3.2, and have all plugins updated.

Has anybody had this problem before? Any suggestions to fix this situation?

Thank you in advance : )

  • I’m having the same problem. Have not found incompatible plugins yet and I will NOT deactivate any plugins to find out who Stripe doesn’t like!

    Check your settings for https.
There is a testing setup within Stripe as you set up your store, but there is also a checkbox for enabling https within Stripe’s plugin interface.

I suspect that https being on is what took your site down including the dashboard.
