[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Product Variation on Product Data Dissapper

I just reinstalled woocomerce 1.6.4 for some reason because it has some error with my another plugin.
After reinstalled wocommerce 1.6.4, the product variations on Product Data dissappear, although i have changed it as “Variabel Product” >>> Click Here
and i want my product data like this image

because when i use Quick Edit i can not edit product description anymore.
Is there any menu that can swith “Quick Edit” to “Full Edit” on woocommerce?Is anybody here can help my 2 problems?
