The issues aren’t with WC core – they are with your theme. Theres nothing for us to fix.

    No you won’t lose data.

Hi, I am a person who wants to integrate woocomerce to her website.
Can you please let me know if the themes on woothemes are guarenteed that they might not change in an upgrade of this type?, because I want my website to look good at all times, and also I want a safe and stable version of my website.
    Thanks.

You shouldn’t have any issues with the themes on woothemes – they are actively maintained.

I’m having the problem of the columns not working in Shelflife (Woocommerce Theme).

I created a custom home page, added various versions of shortcodes and none work. These include:

    [featured_products columns=”5″ per_page=”5″]

    or, with my live SKUS:

    [products skus=”PFD0000, NW100, GD102, GD101, GD100″ columns=”5″] or, [products skus=”PFD0000, NW100, GD102, GD101, GD100″]

I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the thumbnail size although it appears the thumbs on my new site are being expanded.

The end result is I have five products and cannot get all five to line up on the same line – four appear on the top line, one below.

Also, how does one get rid of the UL bullet for product names on this same page?

    Thanks!

Um, hate to chime in here on a negative note, but I’m using WooThemes’ own Wootique with WooCommerce (actually, this theme needs WooCommerce installed) and there’s an issue with the up-sells (“You may also be interested in…”) being displayed twice — and the cross-sells (“Related Products”) being completely random no matter which products are set!

tvcenter, How did you fix this problem. I have the very latest 1.6.5.2 with canvas and when I try to use shortcode [recent_products per_page=”8″ columns=”4″ orderby=”date” order=”desc”], it always puts 3 to a row, not 4.

Not true that all works like charm if it is bought at woocommerce – the last update knocked attributes out – if woo-themes or not.
And uninstalling a plugin to re-install it so they can upgrade the plugin automatically (You do not loose any data!!! in the mail) – lost a 690 row database table of manual inserted FedEx, EMS and Registered Mail data.
So whenever – always test first or make at least a MySql db backup.
They are marketing their stuff – that is clear and won’t say hey we make big boos too – we are just human! that can trash your web site.
Install Apache / PHP and MySql (same versions you have on the server) on your machine and test any upgrades first here.

I am having an issue with latest wooCommerce as well.
It seems to overwrite all theme settings. I will get ahold of the theme guys.
Woo overwrites where widgets are placed and will not allow even colour scheme to update on a page.

Anyone know how I can get rid of a ‘Sale!’ sign that hangs over product thumbnails and on the products page?
