  • Hello Everyone,
    Today i am facing a problem on checkout page when I fill up billing address complete and shipping address send to same billing address than after submit payment than it’s shows the validation error on shipping address while I have checked shipping address from the check out page .

    Also this error only showing in my twentyten theme but when I mode to other twentyeleven than it’s working fine.

    Anyone can help me for find out solution .

    Unable to log into https://www.woothemes.com/support-access/ and submit a Support ticket for a functional issue with the WooCommerce plugin, as a logged in member. I have not purchased any licenses, I am using the freely available WooCommerce plugin.

    I would like to be able to submit a ticket and file a bug report, but as it stands right now I am unable too.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I totally lost convidence in the woocommerce software since the last updates. It took me much time to repair (if possible) my clients shops after they updated to the new woocommerce version. Themes did not work anymore, the woocommerce plugins failed and I had to go back to old software and even old wordpress versions to get things working again. What seemed to be a good alternative for Magento, Prestahop and Open Cart is now an absolute failure. I consider changing to other shop software.

    @janvanherp all woo plugins were updated. If theme authors and 3rd party plugin devs ignored the 2.0 beta (since december) thats really a failure on their part, as frustrating as that may be.

    Dear Mike, this is not the best way to deal with these kind op situations. What you really mean is that you don’t care about the shop owners who loose money and webdesigners that have to deal with failing shops because youre company is releasing new versions that are not supported by the major theme developers.

    The reason why shop owners upgraded their shops with the newest woocommerce software is that until recently that was a save thing to do. At least you should have given a warning that not al themes were compatible with the new major release. How unconvient it may be but if your company wants a leading role in the e-commerce software world you should be more careful in the future. It will take a long time for me to trust your software like i did before.
