  • I was running Genesis theme with Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin. That plugin is killing the products on my product category pages.

Deactivate that plugin and the products are back.

I deactivated all my plugins but it’s still not showing any products on my webshop page…

Any ideas on how to fix this? I was one day before opening my webshop, looks like I can start from scratch again…

I fixed it by deleting the WooCommerce install and then reinstalling it. Also, I figured out that WP Super Cache doesnt work with woocommerce. I’m testing out W3 Total Cache and so far I think it works. Once you delete/install woocommerce you will need to re-add you pages to the menu and then after that all your products should reappear.

I have been using W3 Total Cache with WooCommerce without problems.

Super cache works if you turn on ‘late init’ in its settings.

Old versions are on the ‘developer’ tab on the plugin page. Try the 1.6.1 update first – we’ve restored the (depreciated) loop-shop template.
