[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Downloading product

  • Hi,

    I made a virtual product for downloading. I can order the product, pay it and then have access to the “download” link. But then, the download refers “produc not found” page.

    I verified and the product is online. In fact, if I go to the page localhost/shop/product/product-2, the product is listed and if I click, I can download it without any request of payment and it works.

    I changed the options from redirect to force to Xsendfile, but still, the product is not found…

    And finally, if I go on the product page, the breadcrums is written as Home/productname/productname (twice). The other pages (order, account) are good.

    I’ve look on your github. It says that the problem was resolved in the new realease (4 months ago). I’m using the latest version (1.6.5.2) and still have the problem.

    I to have the same problem and i’m also using the latest version of WooCommerce. When i click on the download link in the mail it downloads a ‘site-1.html’ file. When i open this
    this file its say ‘File not found go to Homepage” which is a link to the homepage of the site. I also tried changing the permission on the download folders but that still did’nt help.

    Does anyone have a clue what this could be.
